Havilah House Baguio City offers affordable, minimalist yet pristine accommodations to transient travelers visiting the City of Pines. Each apartment is furbished with multiple beds, living room and dining room amenities, own kitchenette with cookware and utensils, and own bathroom with toilet and heated shower. Balconies are present on every floor, as well as access to the roof-deck -- perfect for enjoying the cool weather and soaking in the breathtaking views of the mountains, be it day or night. The property is surrounded by well-maintained gardens, certainly a delight for plant lovers and green thumbs. Rest assured that wherever you are in the property, you'd see that cleanliness is our main priority. This is a gated and secure property with CCTV's installed in public areas. We also offer free parking areas to guests with vehicles. Alternatively, it is accessible to public transport with jeepneys passing right outside the property. Taxis are available nearby too.

The neighborhood is generally peaceful with well-paved and well-lit roads. There is a sari-sari store/convenience store across the property. It is located 5-10 mins. away from City Hall, the Public Market, Burnham Park, and Session Road.
