The condo was intended as family vacation house and rarely occupied by owner. However it is well thought of place making sure that the occupant will be comfortable and will enjoy first class accommodation. It is decorated with the inspiration of the luxurious and tasteful environment of the Coastal Hampton of the US. The private balcony will make you enjoy the beautiful Manila sunset.
Our property has an awesome manager who will take care of any of your needs from the time you book your reservation until check out.
The Coast Residences is located along Roxas Blvd and corner of Dapitan. It is very accessible to the major attractions along Roxas Blvd like the Cultural Center, Seascape, Philippine International Convention Center. It is a few minutes ride to the Mall of Asia
