Centrally located and nicely furnished penthouse apartment (10th floor) with a balcony and stunning views of Mt. Talinis. This unit (64 sqm.) is larger than the other units in this building. The condo (Marina Spatial) has amenities like gym and swimming pool. You are literally on the coastline and walking distance from dining, shopping, and entertainment options. You are 1.5 km (or 3 min pedicab ride) from the main Dumaguete Boulevard which is the heart of the city.
I'm originally from Pakistan but call the Philippines home now. I live on a small farm near Dumaguete City where we are growing and making food and raising animals. I enjoy art, building things, writing, and exploring food.
You'll be staying adjacent to the newly opened Filinvest mall and across the street from the iconic Lantaw Restaurant. Northpoint - Dumaguete's lively food block - is a 10 min. walk away on Escaño waterfront.
