A homey studio condo unit in Avida Aspira, an Ayala condominium. It is located in the heart of Cagayan de Oro City. Very accessible and walking distance to major establishments like Ateneo de Cagayan, Divisoria, Centrio Mall, Provincial hospital and Cogon public market. The unit is personally managed by the family of the Unit Owners. You you can contact anytimre for any inquiries and assistanace. We guarantee guest's safety, comfort and value for money. You are most welcome to stay in our humble condo.
I am a working Mom with 2 adult kids. I personally manage my unit. I find this endeavor very interesting and fun. I am doing the best to provide full satisfaction and right value of money to our guests. My guests are welcome to contact me for any assistance and I am most willing to be of service.
