I’m Zain — passionate about travel, comfort, and helping others explore the raw beauty of Pakistan’s north. I created Sukoon Hideout to give travelers a truly relaxed, authentic stopover during their journey. Our goal is to offer more than just a room — we offer a vibe of Sukoon (peace) with the warmth of local hospitality. I love meeting people from all over Pakistan and beyond, and hearing their travel stories. Hosting gives me the joy of seeing strangers turn into smiling guests — and friends. Sukoon Hideout is located in Lohar Banda, just 4 km north of Mahandri in Kaghan Valley — a peaceful, scenic area surrounded by pine forests, cool rivers, and snowcapped peaks. We’re directly off the main Naran Highway, but tucked just enough into nature to give you true sukoon (peace). Whether you’re resting or exploring, the area offers several hidden gems: 🗺️ Khanian — A quiet forest village just 10–15 minutes away, ideal for riverside picnics and short hikes. 🏞️ Dhana Meadows Trek — One of the least explored but most beautiful green meadows reachable via a light forest trek from Khanian. 🌿 Manur Valley — A majestic alpine valley with rivers, glaciers, and untouched natural beauty. Guided jeep tours can be arranged upon request. 🌲 Kamal Ban Jungle Ride — A 1–1.5 hour off-road track into the deep forest leading to an 18th-century British rest house — adventurous and serene. 🛒 Mahandri Bazaar — Just 5 minutes from us for essentials and local food. 🌊 The Kunhar River flows nearby, with sound and breeze adding to your stay’s peace. Whether you’re here for a quick stop or a longer retreat, Sukoon Hideout is your perfect base for nature, adventure, and rest.
