Apartamenty Przystań są usytuowane w zachodniej, cichej części Międzyzdrojów. Odległość do plaży to niespełna 350 m. W pobliżu znajduje sklep Żabka, ABC, Netto, stacja benzynowa. ok. 600 m Lidl. Odległość do mola to ok. 1 km. W pobliżu jest kilka punktów gastronomicznych ( czynnych w okresie sezonu) , całoroczne punkty gastronomiczne znajdują się w centrum (pl. Neptuna ) i na Promenadzie.
