Property information

Exclusive bright flat with balcony located right in the center of the city between the MARRIOTT and Polonia Palace hotel. The flat in a pre-war building built in 1913 has been totally renewed with style. The environment is bright, very quite and characterized by a 3.8 m high ceiling; is divided in: living room with kitchen, bedroom located on a mezzanine floor, separate wardrobe, bathroom with heated floor and balcony from where is possible to overlook the palace of culture and science. High speed Wi-fi 600Mbps. Huge Plasma TV with Amazon Fire Stick and NETFLIX.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in the most central part of the city, just on the side of the MARRIOTT Hotel (100m away) and in front of the shopping mall Zlote Tarasy. The other city mainstreams just outside the building are: METRO station CENTRUM, CENTRAL railway station, Zlote tarasy shopping mall (across the street), Marriott hotel (100m away), gym (in front of the building) and all sort of public transport. The area is known for its exclusive atmosphere, active nightlife and the large amount of places where to eat and drink, i.e. Poznańska street.
