Modern and spacious beachfront studio with 3 beds (one king and one daybed with twin trundle) with an open concept and one bathroom with a rainfall shower. Amazingly located at the heart of Isla Verde with direct access to one of the best beaches in the area. The building is gated, has onsite security 24/7, keyless access and free parking. The condo is fully equipped for your SUPERB GETAWAY in paradise with your partner, family and/or friends! NOTE: The condo is in very close proximity to the airport. Please be advised that airplane noise can be loud. This will apply to any other rentals in this prime area.

Isla Verde is the enchanting resort strip of San Juan and is known for its beautiful beaches. Here are some things you can do while you are around the neighborhood: Walking distance (within 15 mins): - Steps to the beach & water sports! 🏝 - Restaurants - Pharmacies - Bars - Night Clubs - Beach Club - Brewery - Spas - Shops - Ice cream shops - Supermarket - Hotels - Casinos - Car rentals Short drive/UBER: - SJU international airport (5 mins) - Piñones (10 mins) - Condado (10 mins) - La Placita de Santurce (10 mins) - Plaza Las Americas Mall (12 mins) - Old San Juan (15 mins) - Casa Bacardi Rum Distillery (15 mins) - Distrito T-mobile - El Yunque Rainforest (40 mins) I recommend walking, UBER, or car. I can assist with car rental and transportation services. Parking: One spot inside the gated area with the parking tag requirement (if available, you will find it inside the apartment). Parking is on a first come first serve basis, it is not assigned. There is usually free street parking available in front of the condo.
