The home’s interior offers a very elegant and cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen with dining table and one Air Conditioning System per bedroom, so you’ll have all the necessary comforts of home. HOUSE SALINAS also offers WI-FI and three SmartTV's. This unique house is walking distance to Sur Med Hospital, downtown, Salinas Public Plaza, night bars and less than two miles away from the best sea food restaurant, in town. If you enjoy running or just want to do some exercises, the property is walking distance to the NEW Municipal Sport Complex Hermanos Cruz Quiñones. Just two minutes away by car, you will find Econo Supermarket, Bakery, Laundry, Wendys Restaurant, Subway, Acai Express and many more shops you can visit. SALINAS SPEEDWAY is only 8 minutes away by car and the ALBERGUE OLIMPICO is only 15 minutes by car. We welcome people from all backgrounds to relax and enjoy life in our beautiful house in Salinas, Puerto Rico.
