Beautiful newly furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the first floor of Sea Beach Village, in the heart of Rincon. The condo is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and air conditioning in every room. It is walking distance to beaches, world class surf and the center of town. The apartment is directly across the street from a supermarket and bakery among other businesses. Sea Beach Village features a communal pool, gazebo, and basketball court on the grounds.
Xavier is available when needed through the Airbnb app.
3 minutes walking distance to the beach. Most places in Rincon are walking distance, beaches, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, medical clinic, gas stations, Rincon town plaza. Car recommended to get around Rincon.
