As the proud owner of this historic gem, I am honored to share with you the rich heritage that has been woven into the fabric of this house. Built by my grandfather in the 1930's, this Art Deco tropical house stands as a testament to his vision and craftsmanship. Back then this neighborhood was a blank canvas, and this house was his masterpiece.
Our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local flavor. Right across the street, you’ll find a 24-hour supermarket—perfect for any last-minute needs. Within walking distance, there are laundromats and several beauty salons to help you feel your best during your stay. We are just minutes away from the beach, the main tourist attractions, and the city’s vibrant entertainment district. The area is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants run by up-and-coming chefs, offering an exciting mix of local and international cuisine. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, our location puts you in the heart of it all.
