Hello the owner recently purchased this property and completely modernised and renovated the whole of the property to add a swimming pool and jacuzzi. It has been updated to a very high standard with all top quality products and appliances. It is a very modern and stunning duplex apartment.
I am the rental coordinator for this property. I have lived here in the Algarve for 11 years now. The owner is from Yorkshire and has lived here for 10 years. We used to come here all the time on holiday and enjoyed every holiday so much we just felt comfortable and we knew it would be a perfect place to live. I am sure you will enjoy your holiday just as much as we used to.
The area around the property is very quiet. You are about 15 mins walk to the beach area and only 5 minute walk to all local amenities supermarkets etc. There is a bus stop just at the end of the road where you can take the bus towards Burgau or go into the nearest town of Lagos. Everything is close by.
