Located in a quiet area of the historic center of Ponta Delgada, a few steps are enough to find restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, museums, churches and gardens. The sea is only 100m from the house. In this street, you can watch the passage of the Procession of the Senhor Santo Cristo dos Milagres, the biggest religious festival of the Azores, that happens in the month of May.
