Occupying a fantastic position on the south side of Rossio Square in Lisbon city centre, the Internacional Design Hotel is a modern and trendy hotel, which offers a welcome drink to all its guests. The property houses the famed Bastardo Restaurant and has views over the historic city centre. The rooms at this design hotel are spread over 4 floors, with each floor having its own theme and character. With a very unique flavor, all of the accommodation is arty or contemporary in style and offers en suite facilities. Corridors have unique colours, scents and have hanging pictures and paintings depicting famous personalities. Free WiFi is provided and room service is available, upon request. Breakfast is served each morning, with a view to Rossio Square. The Bastardo Restaurant specializes in refined interpretations of classic Portuguese dishes and delicacies, while also featuring some Asian influences. Internacional Design Hotel has a comfortable and modern bar, which specializes in signature cocktails and beverages. Chiado and Bairro Alto are both within a 5-minute walk, featuring various options in restaurants, cafés and assorted eateries. The Internacional Design Hotel overlooks Rossio Square, a lively piazza with many restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. Just across from the hotel is a stop for the famed Lisbon Trams. From here, guests can catch a tram to explore the city's historic areas, going as far as Belém, home of the delicious Pastéis de Belém. The hotel is also right by Rua Augusta, Lisbon’s main pedestrian street.
