Property information

This comfortable two-bedroom apartment includes one private sunroom and a secluded patio and garden, located in a private condominium recently built in the Foz neighborhood of Porto. This four-storey apartment has two double bedrooms (in the second and third floors), each one with a complete bathroom with walk-in shower, equipped with hairdryer, as well as hair and body shower gel, body lotion and soap from Nuxe. Carefully selected bed linen and towels are included. Air conditioning in the entire property is included, as well as 5G Wi-Fi. On the groundfloor, guests can enjoy an open concept kitchen, adjacent to a beautiful sunroom with a comfortable seating area and a beautiful private patio with a dining table, the perfect place for relaxation and for sunny morning breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances including dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso), orange juice squeezer, toaster, kettle, induction hobs (4) microwave and oven. The TV-room, equipped with a Smart TV and a cozy sofa, is located on the first floor, where you also have a toilet with a washing machine. An ironing board and iron are also available at the apartment. Air conditioning in the entire property is included, as well as 5G Wi-Fi.

Neighbourhood information

Foz is the seaside of Porto, where the Douro gives way to the Atlantic Ocean. A once fishing village turned high-class, where the tranquility of the long promenades by the ocean and traditional streets sided with decade-old trees pave the way to boutique shopping and some of the best restaurants in town. Just a few steps away from several beaches (both in Foz and Matosinhos, a fishing village nearby where you can find some of the best fish and seafood restaurants), the river Douro walk path to downtown Porto and the Passeio Alegre park. If you choose to move around by public transportation, it takes only around 15 minutes to get to downtown Porto. In the surroundings there is an amazing variety of local and high-end restaurants, trendy shops and bars with lovely terraces, that I’ll be happy to recommend.
