Bright and spacious villa with 3 bedrooms, private pool and garden, very well located. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. There is a barbecue on the terrace as well as a dining area to enjoy in our pleasant outdoor climate. Sun loungers by the pool invite you to relax in the garden. There is a Minut device inside the property in the living room. This device measures the sound level and sends alerts when the sound exceeds a threshold considered high enough to disturb the neighbors.

The villa is located in the municipality of Albufeira, on a street perpendicular to the beginning of the Strip - a street full of bars, nightlife, restaurants and shops, mostly frequented by young people. Being very close to the bustle, the house is nevertheless in a quiet and sheltered place. Oura Beach is 1.5 km away and it is a 15-minute walk away. The old town center is about 3 km from the villa. The airport of Faro is 35 km from the property.
