This luxurious apartment is located in one of the best areas of Asunción, in a new building with a high degree of security. Boasting two bedrooms, one en suite, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen with a dining room for six and sleeper sofa. One of the main features is the private balcony with barbecue, given that it brings a lot of natural light into the apartment and allows for a great view of the surroundings.

Located in the heart of Villa Morra, it’s one of Asuncion’s busiest neighborhoods. Some of the finest restaurants, bars, trendy discos, fast-food places and all kind of services available. Shopping Mcal. López and Shopping Villa Morra are also around the corner. Some restaurants we recommend are Pulcinella, La Provista, Patria Parrilla, Pez de Mar Dulce, El Café de Acá Pira Sushi, O Gaucho Steakhouse, Patagonia Brewery, Sotto Zero and many others.
