Sunt preocupat sa ofer clientilor tot ce au nevoie pentru avea un sejur reusit si le stau in permanenta la dispozitie.

Proprietate este unica prin confortul sporit si facilitatile pe care le ofera.Este proaspat renovata in totalitate si ofera clientilor absout tot ce au nevoie de la bucatarie complet utilata, la baie cu cada ,balcon cu bancute si masuta unde se poate fuma, mobilier nou,masina de spalat si frigidr.

Zona in care este amplasata garsoniera este una linistita, in apropiere se gaseste un parc verde amenajat cu loc de joaca pentru copii iar proprietetea dispune de loc de parcare pazit. In apropiere se gasesc mai multe restaurante traditionale, o piata agroalimentara, faimosul ''lac cu nuferi'' si alte atractii.
