This luxury newly designed open space villa situated on a 2000 sq m land with a private deck and yard invites comfort, relaxation and exudes modern elegance. With 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining. Beautiful hardwood floor and plenty of natural light flow throughout the home's large bathroom and living windows. It is located in a quiet low traffic area with lots of greenary within 5 minutes distance to the Centre of the town and 12 minutes distance to Poiana Brasov . You can enjoy a glass of wine sitting on the private deck admiring the landscape. Don't miss this peaceful and relaxing oasis !
