A special chique and quiet studio for 2 or 3 persons. It is situated in a new building (2014) and all the facilties are completly new - since august 2015. The studio is on the ground floor, has separate acces and a private terace.
We are active in the apartment renting bussines since 2009 and we love to make our clients feel at home when they choose to stay at Lucas.
It is a very quiet neighbourhood even though situated only 10 min. of walking from the city center. Parking is no issue, you will easily find free parking lots near Lucas 38.
