Property information

The apartments are located in a historic villa, build in 1936 and totally renovated and consolidated during 2015/17 with now seven apartments availables. The building has an interior courtyard and is equipped with a video surveillance system.

Neighbourhood information

The Palace of Parliament is the world second largest administrative building after the Pentagon. By definition is one of the most significant sightseeing objectives in Bucharest. At the border of reason, kitsch and neoclassicism, the building reflects best what Romania underwent in the communist period. Not to mention CISMIJIU Park, the oldest park in Bucharest, located less than 400 Meters.
