The home was fully renovated in 2025, the furniture and materials chosen are of the highest quality to bring increased comfort to guests. With an area of 25MP, Sunset Studio Valcea is the ideal home for people who want to feel exactly like home. Key Features: -Parking spaces with a view from the building -Own heating -Fully furnished and equipped kitchen -Air conditioning -Bedroom with double matrimonial bed -Balcony with a superb view to the West. On the ground floor of the block and in the vicinity there are numerous commercial shops such as: pharmacies, markets, patisseries, as well as numerous parking spaces. Located just 2 minutes from the Olanesti River, you can enjoy a wonderful walk on the river embankment, and just a few minutes away is the Ramnicu Valcea City Center. Also nearby is the famous Dem Radulescu Boulevard where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have lunch at one of the many restaurants.
