Downtown 1 Apartment is located in the center of Subotica, on the city promenade, from which it is separated by a passage and a quiet and peaceful courtyard and surroundings. Close to all city sights, attractions, promenades, famous restaurants and nightclubs. The facility offers air-conditioned accommodation of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 bathroom. It offers free wireless internet, wifi, flat TV, towels and toiletries. Public parking is available and close by.

The town hall, the Reichl Ferenc Palace, the National Theater, the Synagogue, the City Museum and other sights are in the vicinity of the building. In the vicinity are restaurants, shops, stores, casinos. Palic is located 8 km from the house, where you can enjoy a walk by the lake, a zoo, as well as in catering facilities. Moraholom spa is located 29km from the house.
