Hotel raspolaže sa 2 dvokrevetne, 1 petokrevetnom, 2 sobe sa 2 + 1 (francuski + singl) za 3 osobe kao i 2 luksuzna apartmana sa upotrebom balkona, đakuzija i gratis šampanjcem. Gostima su na raspolaganju bar i besplatan parking u okviru objekta. Objekat raspolaže recepcijom koja radi non-stop. Svaka soba ima pristup besplatnom internetu (WiFi) i opremljena je led televizorima najnovije generacije. U objektu mogu boraviti i kućni ljubimci.

Garni hotel "Vila Salute" se nalazi u Nišu, na izuzetno mirnoj i dobro postavljenoj lokaciji nedaleko od centra i ulaska u grad. Svojim modernim dizajnom privlači domaće i strane turiste kao i poslovni svet koji se može relaksirati u ovom predivnom ambijentu a biti istovremeno u konekciji sa raznim delovima grada. Ugodan boravak upotpunjuje profesionalno i ljubazno osoblje hotela.

Deo grada gde se nalazi nas garni hotel je sam ulaz sa juzne strane u Nisu. Nalazimo se odmah uz glavni put pa nas je lako naci, ali je inace taj deo grada jako miran jer se nalazimo na blagom uzvisenju od glavnog puta sto gostima omogucava miran san bez buke a prilaz sa glavnog puta je na 10-ak metara od ulaza hotela. Blizina i mir u jednom.
