Apartman je opremljen svim neophodnim uredjajima za prijatan boravak kako poslovnih ljudi tako i porodičnih ljudi, parova i turista, Gostima se naročito svidja velika i prostrana terasa sa pogledom na glavnu pešačku ulicu u Beogradu-Knez Mihailovu i na kojoj mogu lepo da uživaju i to je jedino mesto gde mogu i da zapale poneku cigaretu uz kafu.
U rasponu od 10m pa do 1000 m nalazi se: pešačka zona, Narodni muzej i Narodno pozorište sa operom i baletom-150m, Srpska akademija nauka-100m, galerije, čitaonice, Etnografski muzej-300m, Kalemegdan-400m, ZOO vrt, mnogobrojni kafići i restorani, boemska četvret Skadarlija, Trg Republike-150m, Terazije-200m, mnogobrojni splavovi, Hram Svetog Save, muzej Nikele Tesle, Slavija itd...
