LUX&SPA PETKO nalazi se u novoj stambenoj zgradi (2025) u strogom centru Pirota, pri tom izolovan od gradske buke. Površina apartmana je 90m2 što ga čini jednim od prostranijih i komfornijih u Pirotu. Potpuno je nov, opremljen svim potrebnim stvarima. Raspolaže sa 2 odvojene spavaće sobe, od kojih se u prvoj nalazi 1 bračni krevet (160x200cm), a drugoj 2 boxspring kreveta (90x200cm) koji se po potrebi mogu spojiti u 1 bračni krevet (180x200cm). Apartman poseduje saunu i hidromasažnu kadu. Ima kablovsku televiziju, brzi Wi-Fi internet, kompletno opremljenu kuhinju za duži boravak, mašinu za pranje i sušenje veša, sudo mašinu, fen, peglu i dasku za peglanje, aparat za kafu … Apartman je klimatizovan.
