Accommodation capacity of Zone consists of 14 studio apartments, with a total of 40 to 45 beds. The apartments contain everything you would expect even in high ranked hotels: a fully equipped kitchenette, mini bar, private bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning, central heating, cable TV, wireless internet. Guests at the reception can use safe deposit box, printer, scanner, copier, sewing kits, cleaning shoes, umbrella (without payment). Also available upon request is a baby bed (without payment) as well as laundry and ironing services for guests. Zone has its own parking lot with video surveillance. Broadband Internet access is available in all rooms and in public areas. Guests can use a few common terrace, yard with park furniture to assemble a group, as well as garden with park furniture. In the garden a children's playground was set up. If necessary, the garden can be used as a conference room in the open (we provide rent a projector, video beam...). Parking and Wi-Fi Internet for guests are free of charge.

Guest accommodation Zone is located in the center of Niska Banja, 200 m from the main promenade, a large spa park, cafes and pubs, dispensary and wellness center Radon. The spa of emperor Konstantin is a true oasis of fresh air, peace and healing waters along with a lot of opportunities for fun.For relaxation and enjoyment at a distance of only 200 meters from the accommodation Zone is an indoor swimming pool with thermal water, wellness and spa center Sense, which can be used by our guests. At 100 meters from the accommodation there is a balloon hall suitable for training and recreation of indoor soccer, tennis, basketball and football.
