A spacious house of 90m2 and an estate of 80 acres are located in a small and sweet village, Popovići, at the foothill of the mountain Kotlenik, and less than 15 minutes drive from the centre of the city of Kraljevo. Our estate is ideal getaway for couples, families and friends who want to spend intimate, quality and interesting time together, and, at the same time, experience serene atmosphere, harmony, and tranquility of nature. Zlatni Prag is a unique oasis od peace with an exceptionally clean and fresh air and irreplaceable views of green horizons and meadows, the valley of Zapadna Morava, and the town of Kraljevo. Our house consists of a living room with a comfortable corner sofa and a 45'' smart LCD TV. Living room is also equipped with the dining table and 6 chairs, from where you can enjoy your dining experience with a scenic view. Zlatni Prag has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other one with bunk and sofa beds. The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped with an oven and stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, and all the necessary utensils for preparing and consuming food and beverage. The washroom with a toilet and a shower also has a washing machine, towels, toiletries and amenities for personal hygiene. The entire property is covered by an extremely stable Wi-Fi signal. Alfa Plam, two mobile radiators, and air conditioning are used to heat the house during winter. The rental price of our house includes the use of the entire estate of 80 acres for an easy walk and enjoyment, as well as a terrace with a table and 4 chairs. Furthermore, the price includes the use of a plateau with a hexagonal pool, 4.7m in diameter and 1.2m deep, 2 sun loungers, shower, and a fountain. The patio with 8 seats on 2 wooden benches is the ideal place for a little escape from the sun or tasting of the food that you prepared on our newly built grill. We have just built and opened an outdoor gym with flooring, power rack and free weights reliable in all weather conditions.

We are a four member Lazarevic family from Kraljevo, Serbia. Even though we are having different occupations, we all share sincere passion and interest for hosting, service and hospitality. As previously mentioned, our property is located in a small and sweet village, Popovići, at the foothill of the mountain Kotlenik, and less than 15 minutes drive from the center of the city of Kraljevo. This location of our estate allows our guests to enjoy all the charms that only untouched nature can provide and awaken all of your senses. We promise our guests full privacy, tranquility, peace and comfort during their stay in Zlatni Prag. Our estate can be easily reached from all directions. We are aware of the complains in the past regarding the bad road, and we can proudly say that the road through the village that is leading directly to our property is now completely asphalted. Zlatni Prag is about 160km and a 2-hour drive away from Belgrade, and only 11km away from the town of Kraljevo. Kraljevo, known as the city of seven Serbian emperors, is characterized by a wide town square with the main street full of bars and restaurants, streets that intersect at right angles, the river Ibar and its promenade. In the immediate vicinity are two monasteries extremely important for Serbian culture and its people - Žiča, which is 18km away, and Studenica, 38km away from our property. Vrnjačka Banja, very famous Serbian tourist place that offers its visitors with a rich, comprehensive and varied cultural and entertainment program throughout the year, is located only 30km from our estate. The newly built airport Morava is only 5km away from Zlatni Prag.
