Property info

A small but well-planned farmhouse with walking distance to the center of Höllviken. Within cycling distance or a slightly longer walk you reach the fantastic Kämpingestranden with its chalk-white sand and its picturesque bathing cabins. A cozy accommodation for a couple or a small family. The cottage has an open kitchen with dining area, a living room with a sofa bed. One bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. In the kitchen there is a washing machine. The sofa bed has a pull-out bed as an extra bed space. At the entrance there is your pleasant patio, surrounded by greenery and beautifully divided. Common plot. There is a small arbor, which you also have at your disposal. In this accommodation it is easy to relax and enjoy peace and privacy. You are close to everything that this summer paradise has to offer. There are lots of shops and restaurants here. From the city center you can quickly reach Malmö or Copenhagen. Höllviken is a very popular seaside resort with both summer accommodation and year-round accommodation. On one side the Baltic Sea with a half mile long white sandy beach with sand dunes, on the other a shallow beach towards the Sound, which has become popular with surfers. The 1600 meter long Falsterbokanalen separates Höllviken from Ljunghusen with the nature reserve which is very popular with bird watchers. Here are nice bike and walking paths. A short distance away is Foteviken's Viking city, the ultimate place to visit for those who are interested in the Vikings and their lives. Every year in July, the Falsterbo Horse Show is held,one of Europe's biggest competitions in show jumping and dressage. In the area there are several golf courses, the closest is Ljunghusens Gk

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
