Vila Eva je bila obnovljena in na novo opremljena v mesecu juliju 2020. Pred hišo je veliko parkirišče in garaža za kolesa. V hiši je 6 sob / 5 sob svoje kopalnice 2 sobe (3,4) imajo skupno kopalnico. Vse sobe so opremljene z klimo, hladilnikom,LCD Tv,posteljnino. Kuhinja je ločena v kletnih prostorih. Uporaba možna za vse goste. Do avtobusne in železniške postaje 500 m. Pizzerija Leščan je oddaljena 200 m. Letališče Lesce je oddaljeno 800 m. Tam je restavracija Na Kležnk z najboljšimi kosili, sladicami in sladoledom, kjer vam nudimo tudi 10% popust. Avsenikov muzej v Begunjah je oddaljen 3 km. Do Bleda je 5 km.
