Dobrý deň,dovoľte aby som vám priblížil naše ubytovanie sa nachádza v tichom prostredí asi 300 m od centra mesta Martin,kde sa nachádza Slovenský národný cintorín,Slovenské národné múzeum,Matica Slovenská,Jesseniová zdravotná fakulta-univerzita,taktiež je v blízkosti Amfiteater,Fakulta medicíny a v neposlednom rade sme len cca 500 metrov vzdialený od Martinskej fakultnej Nemocnice.Naše ubytovanie je súčasťou reštaurácie u Jakuba, ktorá ponúka slovenskú a európsku kuchyňu vo vysokej kvalite,a ponúka pre našich zákazníkov službu raňajky.V okolí nášho ubytovanie môžte navštíviť lyžiarske stredisko Martinské hole alebo účasť na výstupe feratta horský výstup v kráse prírody turčianskej kotline,Valčianske lyžiarske stredisko Snow-land,Jasenská dolina- Lyžiarske stredisko,Hrady a Zámky ,Aqua-park Turčianske Teplice alebo Blatnickú dolinu krásne prostredie chránená oblasť s prechádzkou na hrad.
