As time progressed the Technology opened up to the world competition started to grow, stress levels began to rise dramatically and people started to lose sight of life’s balance. I felt this in my own life and the lives of those around me. This reality led me to discover the purpose of a different kind of place, not just one which could proudly uphold luxury and service, but one which could also provide an escape from life in order to assist people on a journey of well-being. That is when, in the year 2011 the seed for Chef Nirvana was planted. After owning five restaurant in New Jersey all different and achieving 3 star from New York times and food magazines- What Next ! I traveled the length and breadth of India searching for the location that would embody the soul of Nirvana, a location that would bring Nirvana to life.
