Our property is newly renovated and I am living in this guesthouse. I love gardening and I hope you will like our landscape and enjoy staying with us. I will do my best to make your stay a good memorial in Ayutthaya.

Niwas Ayutthaya means home in Ayutthaya, we offer all rooms with air conditioning, a flat screen TV, and wifi is available. Niwas Ayutthaya is just a 10-min walking distance to Wat Mahathat and Wat Ratburana and 10 mins bike to Wat Prasri Sanphet and Wat Mongkon Bophit.

Neighbourhood information

10 Walking distance to historical park and night market. 5 minutes away from the main street where you can enjoy night hang out. 5 minutes drive from elephant camp that you can enjoy riding the elephant. 10 minutes drive from Million Toys museum.
