SAWAN Pool Villa Residence is located on the heights of Lamai with a breathtaking view of the coconut grove. Just 1 km from Lamai Beach, you will spend a relaxing holiday in a beautiful Villa with private pool and service. The Villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with fitted kitchen, a private pool with private fenced garden. The Villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends. The Villa is furnished in a modern Thai style, the living room and terrace are equipped with fan and the 3 air conditioned bedrooms. The rooms are equipped with a king size bed with private bathroom. The Villa has WIFI and a safety box. You can relax around the pool on loungers or in the shade of a Salathai (Thai Bamboo Hut).
Very quiet area, beautiful view from the villa on coconut trees 1 km from the city center, shops (Tesco Lotus, local market etc ...) and restaurants.
