Alexanders Property Management is a family-owned and operated Property Management Company based in Phuket, Thailand. Established in 2007, we are committed to providing all guests attentive and exceptional service. All of our properties are fully managed by us and are inspected, cleaned and stocked before your arrival, all towels and bed linens are provided and cleaning is provided 1 time per week. When you arrive you'll be greeted by our friendly guest manager Oliver, who will show you around, hand over keys, and answer any questions. Our concierge service is available 24/7, so just call us if you need anything.

You’ll have a spacious living area with a kitchen, a private balcony, and great resort amenities, including a rooftop pool with panoramic views of Surin and Bangtao Beach – all with Surin Beach, Bangtao Beach and local restaurants just a short walk away.

Surin offers a little something for everyone. You can wander along the soft sand of 2 nearby beaches, hang out sipping cocktails at one of the local bars, shop for groceries at one of the local markets or dine at one of the local restaurants ranging from street food to 5 stars. Golfers will also love it here, as there are several 5-star courses nearby including Laguna Golf Course, Blue Canyon Country Club and Red Mountain Golf Course. Although the apartment is within walking distance to Surin Beach (700 meters) and its many local amenities, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Phuket has to offer.
