Privileged location for this Roof Top flat for 2 or 3 people, on a roof terrace with a 180° panoramic view of the beach on the tourist route in the historic heart of Hammamet. Located on the fourth floor of a modern building without lift in the arabesque tradition, this renovated and air-conditioned 45 m2 flat comprises a living room with a bed and fully-equipped kitchenette, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with bathtub. A large panoramic terrace (18 m2) overlooks the beach, located 80 metres from the flat in the historic district of Hammamet, with its miraculously preserved vegetation and architecture, on the Hammamet Nord tourist route. The flat is fully equipped with double air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, LCD TV with a bouquet of international channels, and a kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge. Renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. The apartment has been decorated by the famous French perfume house Fragonard. Easy parking in front of the building, which is slightly set back from the hustle and bustle of the seafront in a quiet, well-lived street.
We've fallen in love with Hammamet and want to share it with our guests for a truly enjoyable stay! We live in France and our friend Fourat manages the flat in Hammamet for our guests.
The building is close to all amenities and shops and is 60 metres from La Rambla, Hammamet's famous restaurant. The Medina or the Kasbah is a 15-minute walk away, and restaurants with beach mattresses, including La Sirène, are less than 5 minutes' walk away. By car, the flat is 45 minutes from Tunis Carthage airport and 30 minutes from Sidi Bou Saïd. 10 minutes by car from Yasmine Hammamet (Carthage Land for children), the Carrefour shopping centre and the Hammamet International Cultural Centre with its famous festival.
