Our story began 30 years ago by renting summer houses in Datça, Muğla. Our summer house rental adventure, which started with the "Ertem Apart" brand at a time when the internet was not a part of our lives, when transportation between cities and countries was more difficult and even online portals did not yet exist. We grew and developed over time as the service we provided was appreciated. The increase in demand for short and mid term rentals during the pandemic when the travel market entered in a global crisis required us to adapt to this new situation. Due to our experience in short and medium-term rentals and our knowledge of situations where homeowners may need help in this area, we decided to offer the service we were already doing to those who needed it. Ertem Homes is not a real estate buying and selling company. We do not need fancy offices or presentations on giant screens. Without limiting ourselves to working hours, we take into account all the services needed by the accommodation sector and make the utmost effort to make all our guests feel as comfortable as if they were staying in their own homes.

It is a reverse duplex apartment located on the first floor of a building built on a high land. Since the building entrance is at the second floor level due to the land level, it is reached by going one floor down stairs. When you enter the apartment, there is a living room, bathroom, kitchen and a 9m2 balcony on the entrance level.. On the lower floor at ground level, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a second 9m2 balcony and a detached garden of about 50 m2.
