İleri seviyede almanca bilmekte alman,ingiliz ve rus kültürünün içinde uzun yıllar restorant işletmiş sektörün içenden müşterinin isteklerini bilen birisidir. Sadece ticari olarak görmediği tesisinde müşterinin memnun kalması önceliğidir.
