    “1.各種適合小孩的設施（雖然我們沒有小朋友，但小朋友應該也會很喜歡這間） 2.房間也有小桌子，甚至提供玩具可以在桌上玩 3.整個房屋設備新穎乾淨 4.床與枕頭不會太硬或太軟 5.有車庫，不然路旁也可以停車，很方便 6.有廚房與相關器具，可煮食 7.自助入住，但有問題老闆也很好聯繫 8.隔音還不錯 9.晚上寧靜，地點周圍無吵雜因子 10.目前覺得價格很實惠（我們平日住）”
