Property information

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with combined living room/dining room, washer and dryer, and cable TV. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to have meals inside while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This open floor plan is perfect for the whole family. The ocean view master bedroom is located upstairs and has a new king size bed with walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a new queen bed and has your own private bath that has tub/shower combo.  The 3rd bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has 2 new twin size beds and a shared bath with walk-in shower. This unit is a 3/3 Ocean Front Townhouse with entrance on the 2nd level with about 16 stairs to the front entry. Weekly Only June 1-mid-August Unit is not pet friendly. Amenity Card Available. After booking, please reach out for pricing on the Amenity Card. Amenity card gives access to the Beach Club pool, tennis courts and access to golf at The Golf Club of Amelia Island. The Beach Club pool is only open year round. They have food and beverage available from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
