Mother and daughter (Deanna) pair renting out homes in King and Pierce County in Washington state since 2018! It is best to communicate with us through the Booking app or website for the fastest response rate. Easy check in process and host is available almost 24/7!

A Seattle vacation destination for those from out of town or a Staycation for those who live close by. We welcome you to this private family friendly 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a fully enclosed front and backyard home. A beautiful & serene creek flows through the front of the home. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Victorian bathtub, automatic toilet, fireplace, WIFI, grill, & free Netflix on a 65" flat screen TV. Only a few minutes walk to Lakeridge playfield just behind the house!

SeaTac International Airport: 14 min drive Grocery Stores nearby: - Safeway & Rite Aid: 5 min drive - Walgreens: 6 min drive - Walmart & Fred Meyer: 9 min drive - Uwajimaya: 10 min drive Dining nearby: - Pizzeria Pulcinella: 2 min walk - Stonehouse Cafe: 10 min walk - The Landing (popular outdoor retail & restaurant area): 10 min drive Activities nearby: - Lakeridge Playground: 2 min walk - Downtown Renton: 10 min drive - Southcenter Mall (large shopping mall): 14 min drive - Round 1 (arcade, bowling, pool) inside Southcenter: 14 min drive - iFly (mock sky diving): 15 min drive - Downtown Seattle & Pike Place Market: 25 min drive I would personally recommend renting a car to get by or using rideshare. However, the Seattle area does have a public transit system for use.
