New construction. 2 bedrooms/1 bath, walkout basement apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Eat at bar for 4 people, small living room area. Covered seating area outside, can eat outside and enjoy the view. 1st floor rental. Separate entrance. King bedroom with incredible views of the bay, Homer Spit, glaciers, and mountains. Blackout shades in king bedroom. Queen bedroom no windows, perfect for dark room on long sunny summer days. Washer/Dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove top with vent hood/microwave, radiant heat floors. Full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster. Fast Wifi. 43 inch smart tv for streaming (but who stays inside in Alaska in the summer)? Centrally located in Homer. 2 pets max with fee. Non-smoker only. No stairs. Quiet neighborhood with hiking trail. No fish cleaning allowed on property. HOA rules do not allow RV or boat parking.
Hi - welcome to Homer, AK! I live in Homer, AK and TX - remote work is awesome!!! I live on the second floor. The first floor apartment is the rental unit. I work in the health care insurance industry, have been in health care for over 20 years. I have friendly dogs and we take walks in the neighborhood several times per day, so you will see me around. I live upstairs with my dogs. I am available, I work from home Mon-Fri 6AM-2PM Alaska time.
Quiet neighborhood, Stream Hill Park, hiking trail through the neighborhood. Location is on a hillside off of East End Rd, near downtown Homer. The neighborhood is on the biking/ running trail which goes through town. The view is stunning of the mountains, glaciers, bay, and the Homer Spit, views are from windows in king bedroom.
