Our recently renovated coastal getaway is stocked with all the essentials needed to enjoy sun-soaked days on the beach and is a less than 10 min walk to the beach. Dine alfresco on our private patio. No stress private garage for off street parking. Sectional couch and smart TV. Central AC. Cozy fireplace. The perfect escape for singles, couples, remote workers, and families alike.
The Carlsbad Barrio, also known as Barrio CARLOS, is a historic neighborhood in Carlsbad, California. It is considered the first neighborhood in Carlsbad and holds a significant place in the city's history and Latino heritage. Our coastal retreat is on the edge of the Barrio and the village. Both neighborhoods have a lot to offer. Tons of restaurants to choose from, charming shops to peruse, epic farmers markets weekly, art and makers markets several times a year, several parks that are well taken care of with grassy areas and playgrounds, wineries, breweries, and too many coffee shops to explore in one trip!
