This beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom apartment right in the heart of downtown is stocked with all the necessities to make for an great stay! Amenities in the unit include a smart Roku TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The apartment is located in the newly renovated R&T Lofts building and is right in the center of the action of downtown Des Moines.

Neighborhood info

You can't get more "downtown Des Moines" than this apartment. You're a minute's walk from the Court Ave district AND Wells Fargo Arena AND the Civic Center. Starbucks and Kum & Go are each a block away. Hello Marjorie - one of DSM's most trendy bars is located in the same building! The building has access to the skywalk, so even when the weather is bad, you can get where you want to go in downtown.
