This property is a 1673 square feet under air, 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom fully remodeled home w/ 2 car garage and all new furnishing located in Lake Placid across the street from fabulous Lake June (3400 acres) w/ access to a private park w/ BBQ, Playground, & a boat ramp just 300 feet away from the home. The home has 2 twin beds, 2 full size beds, 1 Queen bed. It can host 8 people. It has a pool table, free wi-fi internet access, netflix, and washer/dryer.
There are 25 lakes within 7 miles of Lake Placid. The house is centrally located in Southern Florida and is about a 90 minute drive to Disney World, the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf Coast. We are about 12 miles from the Sebring Racetrack.
