Come relax at this quiet and beautiful getaway. Holiday Landing Marina and Bluegill Grill is only a small golf cart ride away where you can enjoy boat rentals, live music, and smalltown charm. The house is nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood with woods in the backyard. Sit around the fire or enjoy the outdoor sitting area with family and friends. (Golf cart access included with stay) Just minutes from local attractions like Jack Daniels Distillery, Tims Ford State Park, and the scenic Elk River. The marina is open year around for gas and snacks but the restaurant is only open May1-Labor Day.

The Reserve at Holiday Landing is an amazing golf cart neighborhood right next to the lake with direct access to the marina. You will get around the neighborhood with our complimentary golf cart.
