Private casita located in a quiet gated community. Enjoy our home's casita/ guest suite with a private entrance , Queen size bed with another pullout sleeper, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The place equipped with kitchen, kitchen appliances and smart TV. Please note that you are renting the casita aka guest house and the owner lives in the main house of the property. The owner will not be interrupting while you're enjoying the pool or courtyard. Casita courtyard has two set of outdoor furnitures where you can enjoy. The back of the property has pool and spa as well as outdoor and pool furniture for you to enjoy. It also has out dinning set. It has Green eggs BBQ grill that you can use but check with the host first.
My family recent moved from Seattle, Wa. I am a very good golfer but don’t have much time to play lately. I also love gardening and growing foods. We have a few planter boxes behind the casita. I enjoy meeting people.
Within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants, groceries, Goodyear ballpark / spring training, public parks, CTCA, and more. Palm Valley golf course, 2 mi from Wigwam Resort, and Luke AFB. Close to I-10 and the 303. We are 15 mins from Glendale.
