We are excited to start having guests again at this property and know the new guests will enjoy the changes. | This quaint condo is an ideal getaway for those wishing to explore the heart of Appalachia. Outdoor activities abound just outside your front door, including hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, rafting, tubing, ziplining, and skiing. You'll also enjoy close proximity to a plethora of art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters in downtown Asheville. After your explorations, return home to relax in your 1920s retreat, stylishly detailed with retro-chic decor and vintage pieces. The rental is equipped with a kitchenette, outfitted with unique appliances reminiscent of a 1950s diner. Enjoy in-home convenience with a blender, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator (no stove). When its time to eat, gather together at the wood-top kitchen island with seating for four. A small deck at the top of the stairs with dining space for four. This retreat is the perfect home base for the outdoor enthusiast! Visit in the fall and see the leaves change color on the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. The visitor center is just 11 miles from your front door. Or make the quick half-mile jaunt to the North Carolina Arboretum for hiking and biking paths, beautiful gardens, and mountain views.
