You found it! Your home away from home in the fantastic city of New Orleans! Enjoy all the Big Easy has to offer from our spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. Located next to Tulane Medical center & a 8min drive to French Quarter, Canal St, Superdome, & Fairgrounds. This Mid City apartment feels like a 5 star luxury suite, without the 5 star luxury price. You can work from home, or rest after long days at the festival in our gated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. Perfect for small groups or families the recommended occupancy is 4 but can sleep up to 6. The space also includes a large kitchen, living room, bistro area and in-unit laundry for your convenience. Take a load off in our backyard patio and enjoy the beautiful “second-line” mural! It’s the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee, or peaceful evening by the fire. For those of you needing to work while you play, enjoy our comfy private detached office. Walk to nearby eateries and parks. Property is less than a mile away from hospitals and universities, our place is great for professionals, students and families. Hit the city in no time with all the best attractions (French Quarter, Canal street, Superdome, Fairgrounds, and convention center) all within a short 8min drive away. This is a centrally located home well suited for Mardi Gras, Jazzfest, Essence Festival, Conferences at the convention center, and sports and concert events downtown. In addition, while staying at this home, you'll be less than an 8minute drive from Canal Street, the French Quarter, and the Superdome. Mid-City is close to all the action! You can drive or Uber 8mins to Downtown, French Quarter, Gentilly (Jazz Fest), Superdome and Convention Center. You can also walk to the Canal streetcar (takes about 5 mins) to get to all the downtown attractions in about 15mins.
