Situated on the second floor without an elevator, this 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is in the heart of Cape Canaveral. The condo in located in a 55 and older community and has beautifully landscaped grounds, a large pool, on site laundry room, gathering room, shuffleboard, BBQ and patio area. There is designated bike parking. It is 1/2 mile (15 minute walk) to beautiful beach access; groceries, restaurants and Port Canaveral are all easily reachable. You can arrive by taking a Port Canaveral shuttle from the Orlando Airport and then a quick taxi to the condo. There is also 1 designated parking space. Leather recliners, terrazzo floors, large closets, (2) TV’s, King and Queen beds. The kitchen is amply stocked with everything you should need. All linens and towels included. A coin operated laundry is located on the first floor. The unit is very quiet with block walls and hurricane impact rated windows. Free cable included in the price. internet and electricity are included for a 30 night stay but are extra for additional months. There is a 30 night minimum; 55 years or older, no minor children, smoking or pets allowed.
